Why it matters.

High school students face changing tobacco and nicotine product environments, social influences, and mixed messages about stress and use.

UP2U is designed to respond with clear, age-appropriate prevention content that is relevant to today's product landscape.

Real facts.
No lectures.

UP2U uses direct, youth-centered prevention messaging that focuses on informed choices, social norms, and understanding how tobacco and nicotine products are marketed.

  • Most students are not using tobacco or nicotine products.

  • Stress messaging can be misleading.

  • Industry marketing is designed to influence behavior.

  • Support matters, and informed choices matter.
